6. Chinese Crested

If you love hairless cats and you want to be the owner of a pup that doesn’t have a lot of hair either, you might enjoy the company of a Chinese Crested. They only have a little fluff on the head, their feet, and their tail, which makes them a great option if you want to own a hypoallergenic breed. However, make sure you protect their skin from the sun’s strong UV rays.

7. Boston Terrier

If you want your pup to have a shorter coat, you’re lucky because Boston Terriers are just what you need. They are often referred to as “the American gentleman” due to their classy and personal attitude. These small pups are very lovely, and they like to play and make you laugh. Another great thing about them is that they’re very covenant and eager to please the people they love.

8. Beagle

Another dog breed that is great for people who live in apartments is Beagles. They are very friendly, quite small, and love to play with their favorite humans. If you enjoy taking long walks in the park, your Beagle will be your best companion, especially if you plan on playing fetch with them.

One of the best things about this breed is that they don’t require a lot of grooming. Too many baths, for instance, might dry their skin, so they don’t need a lot of your time to look good.

9. Yorkshire Terrier

The last pup on our list is the Yorkshire Terrier. Whether you choose the regular or the toy version, you’ll have the time of your life with a pup like this. They like to play and spend time with their owners (so forget about personal space), and they make sure to give you signals when they’re bored or when they need your attention.

They don’t mind living in small spaces, but they will get upset when you leave them alone for too long. So if your neighbors don’t mind that you have a talkative pup when there’s no one else but them at home, a Yorkshire Terrier might be the suitable pup for you.
