Ralphee is a kitten born with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which affects the well fucntioning of certain parts of the brain. This causes her way of walking and the motions of her head, as they happen incontrolably. However, she is just as healthy as any other cat and she definitely has friends to look out for her!
