They are rubbing against your legs

Isn’t it amazing to know all the things about an animal’s behavior? It is really interesting to see how animals express their emotions and feelings for their owner or other creatures as well. For instance, some of them do weird and strange things to catch your attention and to tell you that they are really comfortable in your house, others show their love and appreciation in so many different but funny ways, and in fact, all these behaviors reflect the same meanings. 

“Rubbing against another creature is how cats show affection. If your kitty rubs up against your leg… he’s putting his scent on you as a way of claiming you as his own. It’s important to your relationship and bond with your cat to allow him to rub against you,” said Dr. Becker.

While you are self isolated at home you could pay more attention to the body language of your pet and try to spend as much time as possible together. Do not forget that pets can help you ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and other mental diseases and we all need to stay calm during the coronavirus pandemic. Also, if you take care of an animal these days, you will take the focus away from your problems, especially if you live alone.
