Rottweiler

Like we said…a smart breed. Besides having a high level of intelligence, Rottweilers are also confident guard dogs ready to jump in for you. This is why they are often used as police dogs, therapy dogs, and trustworthy companions.

Their skills match perfectly with their quickness and agility.

Bloodhound

This breed is usually known for its long, wrinkled face and huge ears. Some people wouldn’t think much of them due to their silly appearance, but they are very independent, friendly, and intuitive.

Since the beginning of time, they’ve been known for their powerful scent and determination. You may think of them as goofy, but they are far from it.

Doberman Pinscher

These agile dogs are the representation of strength, endurance, and speed. They are also trained to be police dogs and they were even used as war dogs. Dobermans are very fast and have a high IQ.

If you are looking forward to getting a protection dog, Dobermans are the best way of keeping people at distance.

Shetland Sheepdog

Shelties are very loving and affectionate. They are loyal companions that love learning new tricks and to play with their owners. In addition, this breed will be the best watchdog for its family due to its tendency to be reserved with strangers and to even sometimes bark at them.

Other than that, they are brilliant dogs with a warm character.
