5. Great Dane

Owning one is not exactly like in Scooby-Doo, they aren’t as frightened. In fact, they are the exact opposite of what the series has described them to be. It’s true though that they are friendly, kind, and spirited.

But, they are also courageous and patient pooches. The Great Dane is also known as the “Apollo of Dogs”. It’s fun and lovely living with them, however, it can be incredibly hard due to their large size.

Despite the fact that they are sweet and cuddly creatures, they are alert guardians. Just seeing something out of the ordinary, for them it’s an alarming sign. You don’t have to worry at all about intruders if you own a Great Dane. Even guests will think twice!
