Brown Recluse Spider
The brown recluse spider, or the Loxosceles reclusa, is one of the most dangerous species of spider that has necrotic venom.
That being said, it seems that their venom won’t kill anyone, except the animals, but it can cause severe complications in humans.

They left off probably the two most dangerous spiders there are: The Brazilian Wandering Spider (or Banana Spider) and the Funnel Web Spider from Australia. Both can cause death to humans.
