6. PetFirst Pet Insurance

PetFirst was founded 17 years ago and so it happened that last year was purchased by MetLife. Like the other pet insurance companies, this company is offering coverage for illnesses and accidents for dogs and cats, and, in addition, has the option to add routine care.

Like the most of them, PetFirst will provide with flexible annual deductibles, payment limits and a decreasing deductible. They do not have a mobile app like Figo, but their website turns out to be pretty helpful as well.

$23.19 will be the price for a dog’s premium sample and for the felines it will be around $12-$13.
