The teddy bear of the sea

Manatees are the cutest slow-moving marine mammals in the world! There are three species of manatees: the West Indian, the Amazonian and the West African. These teddy bears of the sea are herbivores and they feed on seagrass, mangrove leaves, and algae. Their only predators are the people who put them at risk of extinction.
